Refund and Returns Policy

At Kuchin Offshore Staffings Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality HR consulting and offshore staffing services. While our services are not returnable due to their nature, we offer a clear and fair refund policy to address cancellations and dissatisfaction.


1. Service Cancellation

  • 7+ Days Before Start:
    Cancel at least 7 days before your project begins to receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable setup or administrative fees.
  • Less Than 7 Days Before Start:
    Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  • After Service Begins:
    Once service delivery has started, cancellations may not qualify for a refund. However, we will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be sent via email to hello@kuchinoffshorestaffings.com within 7 days of receiving your deliverables.
  • Each request will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed consultations or strategy sessions
  • Delivered custom reports, documentation, or staffing plans
  • Monthly retainer or ongoing service fees (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
